And this is the reason why business owners should inform people of how their product or services benefits them or how it solves their problems. The simpler it is said, the better. Do your assignment in determining the needs of consumers and how you can help meet those needs. You can also write a short speech and practice it so that you could get your point across quickly.

Sales people have a negative appeal to most of us. This is why you need to be able to build relationships with your customer; get to know them and their thoughts about your products or service.
